NON-ADVISORY. Vaelith is a research and information tool. Nothing in it is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to trade. Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Vaelith, operated by Vaelith ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use Vaelith.

2. What Vaelith is (and isn't)

Vaelith is a subscription research and information tool for index-futures markets: a morning outlook, a post-close review, a news desk, a research map, and a private trading journal. It is non-advisory. It does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, does not make recommendations, and does not manage money or execute trades. Any decisions you make are your own.

3. Accounts

You must provide an accurate email, keep your password secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. One person per account.

4. Pricing, trials & billing

Vaelith is offered as two products, billed through our payment processor, Stripe: the dashboard is a monthly subscription at $19/month, and the course is a one-time purchase of $100 that grants ongoing access to the course content (not a subscription). The dashboard subscription begins with a 7-day free trial; your payment method is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. The dashboard subscription renews automatically each month until canceled — you can cancel anytime from your account. The one-time course purchase does not renew. Cancellation and refund details are in the Refund & Cancellation policy. Prices may change with notice; changes apply to new purchases and the next billing cycle.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to resell, redistribute, scrape, or share access to Vaelith or its data; not to reverse-engineer or disrupt the service; and not to use it unlawfully. Access is for you alone.

6. Intellectual property

Vaelith, its content, and its underlying research remain our property. Your journal entries remain yours; you grant us the limited right to store and process them to provide the service.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Markets are risky and past performance and any information the service shows do not guarantee future results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vaelith is not liable for any trading losses or for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.

8. Termination

You may stop using Vaelith and cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use means you accept them.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [SET VAELITH_LEGAL_JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
