Refund & Cancellation Policy

NON-ADVISORY. Vaelith is a research and information tool. Nothing in it is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to trade. Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.

Vaelith is sold as two products, each with its own terms below: the dashboard, a monthly subscription ($19/month), and the course, a one-time purchase ($100).

Dashboard subscription — free trial

The dashboard subscription starts with a 7-day free trial so you can evaluate it at no cost. You won't be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.

Dashboard subscription — cancelling

You can cancel anytime from your account (the Manage billing button opens the secure Stripe portal). When you cancel, your dashboard access stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, and it will not renew after that. There's nothing to lose by cancelling early — you keep access through the paid period.

Dashboard subscription — refunds

Because a free trial lets you evaluate the dashboard before paying, monthly charges are generally non-refundable, and we don't provide prorated refunds for partial months. If you were charged in error, or something clearly went wrong on our end, contact us within 14 days of the charge at admin@vaelith.app and we'll make it right. Nothing here limits any refund rights you have under applicable law.

Course — one-time purchase

The course is a single $100 payment that unlocks the full course permanently — there's no subscription and nothing to cancel. Because it grants immediate, complete access to digital content, the purchase is generally non-refundable once the course has been opened. If you bought it by mistake and haven't yet accessed the lessons, or you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days at admin@vaelith.app and we'll make it right. Nothing here limits any refund rights you have under applicable law.

Failed payments

If a dashboard renewal payment fails, your dashboard access is paused until the payment method is updated in the billing portal. (The one-time course, once paid, is unaffected.)
