NON-ADVISORY. Vaelith is a research and information tool. Nothing in it is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to trade. Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.

1. Who we are

Vaelith operates Vaelith and is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: admin@vaelith.app.

2. What we collect

Account: your email address and a securely hashed password (we never store your plaintext password).
Subscription: your plan, status, and a payment-processor customer id. Card details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers.
Your journal: the trades and notes you choose to log.
Technical: basic logs (IP, timestamps) needed to run the service and prevent abuse.

3. How we use it

To provide and secure the service, process your subscription, send account emails (verification, password reset), and comply with law. We do not sell your personal data, and we don't show third-party advertising.

4. Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us operate: Stripe (payments), our email relay (account emails), and our hosting provider. They process data on our behalf under their own terms. Market data and AI research providers power the product but do not receive your personal data.

5. Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

6. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward as needed for legal and accounting purposes, then delete or anonymize it.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may cancel at any time. To exercise these rights, contact admin@vaelith.app.

8. Security

Passwords are hashed with a memory-hard KDF, traffic is served over HTTPS, and payment data is isolated to Stripe. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

9. Children

Vaelith is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
